Prabhas Diet Plans For Baahubali 2

Prabhas has trained hard and bulked up to 130 kilos for the first part of Baahubali. The movie went onto become a huge hit that in Telugu, it has erased every record in terms of collections and worldwide it has collected around 600 crores.

Prabhas has gained nationwide recognition and became a brand ambassador too. Prabhas is now concentrating on Baahubali 2, and we heard that he has built a body of around 150 kilos for the role. For this, he has been following a very strict diet and has even appointed a noted dietitian for that.

He is Prabhas’ diet plan. His breakfast includes 42 egg whites, 1/4 kilo Chicken followed by fruits. For lunch, he only eats brown rice, oats, Pasta, Salads and protein powder added in either soup or milk every day.Not only that, he is daily spending 2-3 hours in gym and practising yoga for about 15 minutes for every 6 hours to look fresh.
